Nomi Rais was born in Arnstadt/Germany.

What initially started out as a hobby at the age of 7 years, would later develope into a ‘Way of Life’.

Her first success came when she was 16, Nomi won a radio competition sponsored by MDR (Mid-Germany Broadcasting)
and as a direct result concluded various Television and Event engagements which followed.
Expanding from her Solo career Nomi was involved with Big Band and Jazz-Trio projects.
Again Nomi toured with the MDR show which then led to a Recording Contract with Virgin Records
subsequently Nomi had a Top Ten Hit with the Project ‘Club Unique’
…and again proved numerous TV appearances.

Nomi recorded a CD together with Producer/Pianist Robert Matt, whom she assisted at the Palazzo Diner Events in Berlin.

Her heart lights up on Stage and her Solo-come-back has enjoyed
Appearances on National TV as well as Performances with the Berlin Philharmonic and even a
Tour with a Soul Band where she wowed the Audiences with her all-round Talent.
